The picnic is a wonderful time to reconnect with colleagues and meet new ones! All members of the community are welcome to join us at our annual networking picnic. Please invite colleagues, including faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students to this casual event.

It is also a great time to renew your AFW membership. You can renew your membership for $20 at the picnic (checks made out to AFW) or by using the link on the membership page.

This event is on July 11th from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

• 5:30-6:00 pm: socializing and networking
• 6:00-7:30 pm: dinner

COVID safety: Please be mindful of COVID precautions so all guests feel safe and welcome during this event, including those who are immunocompromised. Home COVID testing before this event is strongly encouraged. Masking and social distancing is encouraged when possible.
